Aims and goals:

Since graduating from Hong Kong Metropolitan University (HKMU), my team and I have been committed to making meaningful contributions to our alma mater and driving the university’s sustainable development. Our aim is to act as a bridge between alumni and the university, to promote exchange of thoughts and collaboration among alumni, and to create more development opportunities together. Our goal is to build a strong alumni network that enables alumni to connect, share experiences in different fields, help fresh graduates to develop their career. We also strive to promote innovative development for HKMU and bring positive impacts to society through alumni contributions.

First of all, HKMUAA will serve as a platform of communication between alumni and the university. We will work closely with the management team to organize various workshops, webinars, and social gatherings, with the aim of building an active alumni networking group that will gradually grow into a strong and supportive community.

In addition, we highly encourage ''giving'' to our alma mater. Through our alumni network, we aim to establish connections with corporations and organizations to seek additional resources and build a stronger sense of belonging among alumni. Together, we can work towards the future development of HKMU.

Furthermore, we will make efforts on providing guidance and support for our fresh graduates to facilitate their career and personal development. Not limited to career planning events and seminars, we would also encourage alumni from different backgrounds to share with them practical experience and knowledge.

Last but not least, we aim to enhance the benefits of HKMUAA membership to attract more new graduates to join us.
