HKMU Whole Person Development Award

The HKMU Whole Person Development Award aims to encourage students to aspire life-long learning and whole person development as well as affirming students' non-academic talent to ensure they can derive satisfaction from learning that can promote personal growth.

Who's Eligible?

Applicants should be full-time Bachelor's degree students;
Continuing students should have obtained a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2.5 or above; and
Applicants should have satisfying experience from non-academic learning (e.g. leadership training, sports, arts, music, etc.) and be able to strike a good balance between academic study and personal development.

How to Apply?

Applicants should prepare a self-introduction video (click LINK to view sample video) and submit the online application form together with supporting documents to SAO during the application period.
Please read the “Guidance Notes” [FWPDA (2023/24) Guide-e] before completing the online application via the student portal “MyHKMU”.
Application Deadline: 08 October 2023 (Sunday).

Notification of Result

The result and payment arrangement will be announced (via e-mail) by late February 2024.
