Exercise is Medicine® On Campus (EIM-OC) is a global health initiative managed by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).
HKMU is one of the registered universities of EIM-OC to promote physical activity as a vital sign of health. This programme encourages faculty, staff and students to work together toward improving the health and well-being of the campus community.
What is EIM-OC Ambassador?
This is a leadership opportunity for students who are dedicated to be an energetic exercise role model or buddy. It aims to train up a pool of EIM-OC ambassadors to promote and assist with MUHK's physical activities.
