Important notes

• A separate confirmation email will be sent to successful registrants by 25 October 2023.
• All activities are beginner-friendly.
• Participants should wear proper sportswear and sports shoes, sports equipment will be provided in the sports venue.
• The medium of instruction is mainly Cantonese and will be supplemented by English where appropriate.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before the designated time.
• If students cannot attend the class, one day's notice must be given. Otherwise, they will be considered as absent and this will affect the chances of getting a place in our future courses.
• Students should take note of their own health conditions and consider whether it is suitable for them to take part in any sports activity. In case of doubt, please consult a physician prior before beginning any exercises.
• Should any dispute arise, the decision of SAO shall be final.
