Important notes
A separate confirmation email will be sent to successful registrants by 25 October 2023.
All activities are beginner-friendly.
Participants should wear proper sportswear and sports shoes, sports equipment will be provided in the sports venue.
The medium of instruction is mainly Cantonese and will be supplemented by English where appropriate.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the designated time.
If students cannot attend the class, one day's notice must be given. Otherwise, they will be considered as absent and this will affect the chances of getting a place in our future courses.
Students should take note of their own health conditions and consider whether it is suitable for them to take part in any sports activity. In case of doubt, please consult a physician prior before beginning any exercises.
Should any dispute arise, the decision of SAO shall be final.
