Sports Professional Development Courses

The Federation of International Touch (FIT) introductory coaching course, coordinated by the Hong Kong Rugby Union, is a foundation course designed for entry level coaches of local/regional/school competitions, junior competitions, and social adult competitions to develop basic skills and making training fun and enjoyable for all involved.

Eligibility:	All full-time undergraduate students
Registration period:	1 – 11 December 2022
Date:	18 January 2023 (Wednesday)
Time:	18:00 – 22:00
Venue:	10/F, Multi-purpose Hall, Main Campus
Quota:	20
Registration method:	Online Registration
Medium of instruction:	Cantonese supplemented with English
Deposit:	HK$ 500 refundable deposit (Successful applicants will be informed to make the deposit. Participants who have met 100% attendance will be entitled to a full refund of the deposit.)

Important notes

A separate confirmation email will be sent to successful registrants on or before 14 December 2022.
Participants who have completed the course with 100% attendance and passed the examination will be awarded a certificate.
If the number of applicants exceeds the quota limit, places will be allocated in accordance with their sports experiences or contributions to the University.
Participants who are late for more than 15 minutes will not be allowed to attend the course.
Participants are required to bring their watch, whistle and pen.
Participants are required to comply with the requirements of “Vaccine Pass” prior to their entry into sports premises.
Should any dispute arise, the decision of the Student Affairs Office shall be final.
